Este taller sirve para trabajar, a través de la voz, diferentes aspectos de la persona que pueden estar trabados o tensos. Por eso, son muchos los ángulos que se contemplan: Liberar la respiración; disolver tensiones corporales y mentales ; calmar la ansiedad; reequilibrar la postura corporal; expresar las emociones y las ideas de forma creativa; utilizar la voz sin dañar el cuerpo y la garganta; desarrollar la escucha; reforzar la confianza en un@ mism@; trabajar el autoapoyo..

Dirigido a aquellas personas que quieran mejorar su habilidad para comunicarse con l@s demás y consigo mism@s; para quienes deseen mejorar su nivel de escucha, tanto interna como externa; para cuidador@s que también deseen cuidarse a sí mism@s; para profesionales de la salud, de la educación, de las artes escénicas, de la comunicación...para toda aquella persona que desee reencontrarse con su auténtica vibración sonora.
Descubriremos cómo nos relacionamos con nuestra propia voz y porqué, profundizaremos en la respiración, haremos ejercicios y juegos vocales, improvisaremos canciones, aprenderemos a potenciar nuestra energía sonora.

La voz humana es como una huella dactilar, es única en cada persona. La voz refleja además nuestro estado corporal, nuestro carácter, y nuestros estados emocionales. La voz no tiene máscaras, refleja lo que somos y lo que sentimos. Trabajar con la voz permite restablecer el equilibrio energético y vibracional de la persona.

NOTA: No es necesario ningún conocimiento musical ni vocal previo.

Imparte: be price-huelin, que ha recibido formación vocal de la mano de Teófilo Rodríguez, de Gabriel Darío Fainstain y de Fabiana Boer, así como formación en Psicoterapia Gestalt en el centro Lamar de Málaga.
Ha dirigido grupos vocales.
Ha impartido diferentes talleres de Terapia Sonora en New Mexico (EEUU), Huelva, Madrid y Málaga.
Es coautora del libro "Conoce a tu hijo de 7 a 12 años" de la Editorial Libsa.

This workshop focuses on different body and mind aspects that might be blocked or tense.We will use our voice to release tension. We will also work on our breathing to dissolve body and mind tension. Through singing, we will learn how to calm anxiety, minimise stress, re-balance body posture, and find a creative way to express feelings and emotions. Also we will learn exercises to use our voice safely, developing active listening skills, and increasing self-confidence. You will just enjoy singing!!

Singing therapy allows you to free yourself from any personal memory of vocal constraint, increasing your confidence and the readiness to sing. This workshop is aimed at people who wish to improve their abilities to communicate with other people and with themselves, and who would like to learn inner and outer active listening skills. Also aimed at caregivers who wish to have a space to care for themselves too; at health professionals, teachers, singers, actors, media professionals…intended for anyone who wishes to rediscover his/her authentic sonorous vibration.

You will also discover how you relate with your own voice and why; you will learn how to breath deeply and effortlessly; you will practice voice exercises and play vocal games; you will discover the benefits of vocal improvisation; you will learn to develop your sonorous energy.

Like fingerprints, the sound of each person’s voice is entirely unique. Our voice is a reflection of our physical and emotional state, as well as a our character. Our voice wears no masks, it reveals who we are and how we feel. Singing therapy helps us to restore our energy and vibrational balance.

NOTE: No previous vocal or musical knowledge required.

BEE PRICE-HUELIN. Singer and Singing Therapist, has studied singing and vocal techniques with Teófilo Rodriguez, Darío Fainstain and Fabiana Boer. She has also been trained as Gestalt Psychotherapist at Lamar Gestalt Psychotherapy Center in Malaga, Spain.
Bee has directed vocal groups, and has taught Singing Therapy workshops in New Mexico (US), Huelva, Madrid and Malaga.
She has co-written the book “Get to know your 7-12 year old child”.
